Animal Eye Clinic of Spokane
COVID 19 Protocol
As of March 14, 2022 masks will NOT be required inside Animal Eye Clinic.
We will continue to limit the number of people in the lobby in order to protect our staff, students and clients in accordance with CDC recommendations. Please call or text the clinic at (509) 368-6800 when you arrive to get checked in. Due to the size of our examination rooms we ask our pet parents to remain in the lobby while we perform the ophthalmic examination. Once the exam is finished the doctor will review the findings with you in person.
We are happy to provide curb-side service if preferred, please let us know when you call or text to check in.
The safety of our clients, staff and their families remain our priority and we thank you for your continued cooperation, support and understanding.

WSU Teaching Clinic
The Animal Eye Clinic of Spokane, Inc. PS operates in the WSU Veterinary Specialty Teaching Clinic at Riverpoint Campus in Spokane Washington. We are a private business and provide clinical ophthalmology rotations for fourth year veterinary students.
Fourth year veterinary students are able to spend a two week elective clinical ophthalmology rotation with us, to obtain a background in ophthalmology prior to graduation. The students observe examinations and surgical procedures. The students may be asked to assist with examinations by taking a patient history or performing initial diagnostic procedures such as schirmer tear tests or tonometry reading with the assistance of our licensed veterinary technicians, however, complete ophthalmic examination and all surgical procedures are performed by our board certified veterinary ophthalmologists and ophthalmology resident.
