Due to the recent community concerns over COVID 19 and based on current CDC recommendation, if you are feeling sick or have been around someone who has been sick, we ask that you do not come to AECS, rather call to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you have an emergency and your pet needs to be seen right away, arrangements can be made to address your emergency yet still avoid human to human contact. One of the greatest joys of our job is the relationship we develop with our clients and the opportunity to get to know them better and observe the bond that you have with your pet. However, with the recent community concerns, we are trying to reduce close quarter person to person contact. When you arrive in the parking lot please call the front desk to check in. When the doctor is ready to examine your pet someone will come out and escort your pet into the clinic for the examination. We ask that you remain in your vehicle during the exam. When the exam is done the doctor will come out and discuss the exam findings with you. The receptionist will contact you via phone for your payment and a receipt will be brought to you as well. We appreciate your understanding during the current environment. Our goal is to continue to provide the highest ophthalmology care available and respect the health of our clients and staff. Thank you.
